This class is more like my hour long therapy session. It started 2 years ago taking my daughter who struggles with ADHD and has never stuck to anything before! She absolutely loves coming to hoop. Her confidence has grown in leaps and bounds. Aimee is the best instructor you will find, there’s nothing she wouldn’t do for the kids in her classes. So much so… I joined my self. As a 32 year old mum who struggles with body confidence, the sheer thought of stepping into a gym fills me with horror- but joining hoop was everything I needed. No I’m not the strongest, no I don’t really point my toes like the younger girls, but my goodness I feel amazing when I leave that class! If ever you question trying a class, don’t question it… just come along. You won’t regret it.
Ellie Higgins18 July 2025I went to a taster class with Aimee in 2022. I loved every minute and have been going to her for aerial hoop ever since. Aimee is a fantastic teacher who caters for everyone in class and makes you feel at ease when trying new moves for the first time. She demos each move and talks you through it before supporting you having a go yourself. Class sizes are small so Aimee is always on hand to help! We all always have a great laugh. Love seeing my progress in pictures (but you don’t have to have them taken if you don’t want to!) I would recommend anyone who is thinking about it to have a go and see what it’s all about.
